Maybe add a #general-questions or a #faq channel in the discord, so people can look there for very, very frequently asked questions, with answers, just in case the bot does not detect a similar question, like “How do I download Railway CLI?”. You would probably have the answer to that, as the link to the documentation page regarding the installation of said feature.
