hi i just bought hobby package but i dont know if it is only for 1 project or many projects? i have 5 projects i am afraid it will cost 25 usd right?

I assume you will be charged as per usage.

It doesn't matter how many projects/apps you create.

You are charged for RAM/CPU/DISK/TRAFFIC.

So create 5 projects or even 10.

Create 5 service or 1

You use X cpu & Y ram in month etc.

So you will be charged for that.

Note: This is how railway was back when i used.

Make sure to verify with heroku support on discord.
