Allow users to specify the number of instances of a server and reverse proxy requests to a batch of instances.

Jake Cooper So in theory could users assign a custom domain to a service group and then use url path rules defined on that group to route across services? This would allow us to deploy an API on Railway to one domain without deploying our own Nginx.

Under review, we are working on a guide for those who need a workaround on deploying multiple instances of the same service as well with deploying a reverse proxy to it.
