I am testing Railway as a cloud gateway for a hybrid AI system (NETBook). The core runs locally via Docker/WSL 2, and I want to use Railway to host public API endpoints, webhooks, and orchestrate multi-LLM workflows (Gemini, Grok, GPT) synced with Supabase.

I would appreciate more templates and native tools tailored specifically for local/cloud hybrid setups and multi-agent mesh architectures.
