I can't install SSL certificate

I have SSL certificate, and I can't find where I can it install. My domain I bought in GoDaddy and I was told I have to buy SSL certificate in GoDaddy. Later I fond information that I can install SSL certificate on hosting, so how to do it?

You can not bring your own SSL certificates to Railway as they handle that for you.

You also can not use GoDaddy as they do not support root level CNAMEs, you would need to use Cloudflare's nameservers.
