I recently started using the skills I use inside the repository instead of globally, but this has made my Railway builds to take >10min from the ~2min it took before for my TanStack Start application. This was already mentioned on (this tweet)[https://x.com/pulgueta_/status/2064119076876607624] and the recommendation of adding these folders to a .dockerignore file was not successful after trying it out.

This project doesn't use a Railway configuration file, it's managed through the dashboard so there are no local configs I've touched.
