Quick context: I was getting spammed by marketing emails. I went to the notifications page: https://railway.com/account/notifications. I accidentally unsubscribed from all emails.

Fast forward: I ran out of memory on Postgres and lost two weeks' worth of analytics data. There was no critical error alert sent to my email.

I would expect:

• critical alert settings to be on a different page than marketing notification settings OR critical alert settings to be inside of a highlighted "danger" box
• alternatively, critical errors that affect projects should be emailed regardless of notification settings
• resources to auto-scale
