Incident: volume migrations to EU keeps failing

Hello,

I created a database, then tried to move it to the EU region but I keep getting the same error: "This volume has failed to migrate. Please contact support".

I tried 3 times.

Same here, this problem could maybe be avoid if we can setup region BEFORE the service actually start to deploy

We recently put in a fix for this issue. Can you both try migrating again?

I just deploy and migrate, look good for now
