Increase Max HTTP Timeout Beyond 5 Minutes

Railway by default has a maximum limit of 5 minutes for all HTTP communication. (Longer for Websockets)
This is a feature request ticket for those who would like configurable timeouts for all requests beyond 5 minutes.

Hello all,
We have now increased our HTTP Timeout to 15 minutes!
