I'd like to request infrastructure-as-code support for observability, plus a small change for the Hobby plan.

1. I keep all of my project's configuration in .railway/railway.ts and change it only through railway config plan and railway config apply. Right now IaC doesn't support dashboards, widgets and monitors. Currently, such widgtes can only be created via the UI

2. Monitors need the Pro plan. On Hobby, webhooks tell me when a deploy fails, but nothing tells me when memory or CPU runs high. A single CPU or RAM monitor on Hobby would cover small projects like mine.

3. It would help to alert on a log query over a time window, for example more than 5 @level:error lines or @httpStatus:500..599 responses in 10 minutes.

4. Feature flags - I moved my app's flags to Railway Feature Flags and read them with the railway SDK, which works nicely. Since railway.ts can't declare them, I keep a shell script of railway flag set commands next to it. I'd love to declare flags in railway.ts so railway config plan shows flag changes alongside everything else.
