Hey guys, I'm sympathetic to the issues that you faced with being hacked and everything. But I am up for probably 2 days' worth of work rotating API keys and rebuilding all sorts of stuff across 20 different applications that I have with you.

I'm frustrated that I have to put all of this time and effort into redoing stuff because you guys failed. I want to know what I'm going to get back here: are you going to refund me my most recent month, or what's going to happen here? There's no way that it's acceptable just to have this hack take up 2 days of my time and then just move on like nothing happened.
