As the title says, having the ability to create services that are off most of the time until a request comes in would be immensely helpful and would mean less wasted resources overall!
Especially if there's multiple engines/runtimes (e.g. deno, node, pho, python, etc.)

Hmmm, will leave this open but its not going to be a super high priority for us. Never say never ofc.

Maybe I understand the costs wrong, but I'd also like a deployment that only 'wakes' up on specific requests but without building the application each time. Related to https://feedback.railway.app/feature-requests/p/deployment-schedulingcron would be awesome!
