Let template maintainers specify which plans support their template and check this before deployment: e.g. set minimum requirement to Hobby plan.

Some applications cannot run within Free / Trial plan resource limits. A warning in the description can explain this, but users can still deploy a template on an unsuitable plan.

It would help if Railway could:

Let maintainers set a minimum plan or select supported plans.

Show the requirement prominently on the template page.

Block deployment on unsupported plans and explain which plan is needed.

This would help users avoid deployments that cannot run on their current plan and let maintainers enforce known plan requirements.
