Hi developers,
I think we should have options that let users change the server timezone to their own timezones.

Our servers use the UTC timezone. We are not planning on changing it. If you want custom timezone support for logs, we will address it in the better logging epic https://feedback.railway.app/admin/feedback/feature-requests/p/better-logging-support?boards=feature-requests&search=logging&status=open_planned
