Limit DB access to Trusted IP

Database access is very sensitive and it would be great if we could limit the DB access to trusted IPs only. This would limit greatly the possibility of external attacks.

Technically this would be covered under Private Networking, but I think this is different enough to warrant it's own ticket.

This is super important, I would like to migrate my main databases with you, this and the control of replicas in the db is super important.
