When activating the option, all projects are stopped or in a specific project instead of scanning the project. This is useful for errors or uploading a new update .

We don't think this makes the most sense for our users. (For now.) If a application needs to be put under maintenance, we think (we could be wrong) this should be handled at the code level and not the infra level.
Please tell us if we're wrong or not thinking about this correctly.

I'm not sure if I'd call it a "maintenance" option, but I'd like a way to temporarily STOP Railway from automatically deploying an app (upon push to GitHub), without having to delete the app from Railway. Is there some other option to do this?
