I have now twice mistaken the resource links for internal navigation (and before that, I mistook the "Resources" header for a disabled link), and been surprised when they popped open a new page. It would be nice to have some sort of indication - maybe some extra padding between the forum sections and the Resources section, and perhaps an icon next to the resource links to indicate that they're external.
