Our team are subscribed to the status page updated via the slack webhook integration, with those going into a shared alerts channel

The problem is twofold

• All alerts come through at a similar level, for example we don't really care about "Slow dashboard and auth timeouts" or slower builds, but we do care about infra that actually affects users
• Many of the updates result in multiple messages (issue identified, N updates, resolved) which fills the conversation history and means multiple notifications that need checking

When everything is given equal importance it leads to ignoring the channel or important things slipping by

With that in mind it would be great to filter what we subscribe to, personally I'd also like for edits to be made in-place too to reduce the amount of new notifications
