Right now, we show total metrics across service replicas.
Users will be able able to view metrics per replica.

Please either show the replica ID in the metrics UI or expose RAILWAY_REPLICA_NAME in the railway provided variables. Right now it's impossible to filter app logs by a replica name because they're not provided, and the metrics UI doesn't show the replica id either.
Need this because sometimes a particular replica crashes which is shown in the metrics, and there's too many logs in general, need a way to filter app logs by that crashed replica.
