Minor Bug in Usage billing - Deleted Projects Date

Not sure if it's a timezone issue but the "Deleted on" is 2 days ahead. Deleted on 26 & 27 and getting 28/02 and 01/03 respectively.

There is a 48-hour grace period from initialized deletion to the projects actually being hard deleted. I think that explains this.
