Hello, I have a question: I have a client with a private CCTV system who wants a private system with on-demand access to the CCTV cameras. I'm currently evaluating and testing a system built with React and Node.js that isn't publicly accessible. My question is, is there a plan that isn't the PRO or the Enterprise version? Currently, I see plans starting at US$5, US$20, and then jumping to US$2000.

Hi,
Yes I have mentioned this in the past to, there should be a better plan between the current PRO and Enterprise, the PRO plan does not feel very PRO and the Enterprise plan is just a to big step for many users some 200-300 a month plan with better support and some sla etc would be more then welcome.

Please give us more options. My business is growing, but you do not offer tiers that let me scale at my pace. I would be happy to pay $100/mo for 48 GB of RAM, but there is no option available. In a few months, I may need more RAM and will be happy to pay $200/mo. You may force me to leave. Why leave easy money on the table?

We are definitely looking into a plan that would sit between Pro and Enterprise, but RAM increases will always be limited to Enterprise.

why not have the new Pro Plus plan have 32GB per service and Enterprise 64GB, next to paying more for a "Pro plus" or whatever name tier, we would also pay more for the used Ram right. So I dont see why not, we would instant subscribe to a $200-$300 tier with more resources, faster support etc.
Like i said before I think there is a large group of users to big for current pro to small for enterprise... not even all of that sub needs to go back to usage, like with pro you get 20 usage when you pay a 20 sub. the larger tier could be $250 with $200 usage and the rest pays for the faster support and some sort of sla.
