I just created my account to try out railway about 10mins ago, linked my Github account and when I try creating a new project, i get a modal popup saying I should upgrade to the hobby plan to proceed. "Free plan resource creation has been exceeded." But i haven't created anything yet, and I still have the $5 credits for the free plan
