We currently have a couple of active moderators (that we call "conductors"), and we're thinking of adding more given the growth of our Discord server (basically 2x'd to 20K within a year) plus the addition of forums.

We're working out formalizing this program to outline benefits, process, eligibility, etc. and we'd love to hear your feedback on this (both from existing conductors and interested ones!)
