It appears that your new psql+pgbouncer service does not have the same volume management ui that the standalone psql service used to. Couldn't find out how to do it through the ui.
Used the in-app agent to perform the change, which did it using the cli.

Ah, it wasn't immediately obvious that I could click on the composite node on the canvas to open a subcanvas that displayed the separate services volumes included. I expected to be able to do everything from the main canvas, by clicking on the composite service and using the sidepanel.

Okay, so I then tried to delete the whole psql+pgbouncer service, it removed the nodes from the composite view. I could delete the pgsql service, but the ui is buggy when selecting the pgBouncer node. I can't use the sidepanel. I could still right click the node to delete.
