Frankfurt is really important as a EU West Region.

Any updates on this, or is there an overview of any upcoming regions? We use Neon, and they are currently in Frankfurt and London, none of which are offered on Railway atm. Would love to see an overview of whats planned as we want our api deployed close to our api DB

At this time we have no plans to build out a Frankfurt region, unfortunately the need isn't there with 9 upvotes and two comments (as of writing) in a span of 5 months.
But counter question, why not deploy Postgres on Railway? you would save in latency given the database will be in the same physical data center, and you will also save on egress since you don't need to exit the Railway network to talk to the database, it would be cheaper and faster.

Are there any managed postgres service that has regions supported by Railway at all? Neither Neon, Prisma postgres, Supabase (nor Planet scale) has regions supported by Railway. Would be amazing if you could shed any light on ways to navigate this situation, for companies not interested in maintaining their own postgres service

Any updates on this? We have just migrated to Railway and are seeing a big difference in round-trip-time because of the API-database latency. Its really a shame that there is no EU deployment region at any of the regions supported by the big Postgres managed DB providers.

Any updates on this? We also use supabase and would like to migrate to railway. But latency is too high (supabase on Frankfurt, railway on Amsterdam).
