So my site was down for hours yesterday and the only communication I received from you was about how much more I'm going to have to pay you?!
Your service level and lack of communication is ridiculous and poor but you're right on top of charging me. This seems to be a one way relationship and it's clear you don't care about the negative impact to clients. Please do something to show good faith or I need to leave to another provider.
