No UI feeback when payment card information is incorrect

Hello,
My debit card expired and I got a new one recently. When I tried to pay for my subscription, I entered my old card info and there was no error saying my card failed. The spinner just kept on spinning making me think it was an issue on your end.
Please add UI that tells me if my card fails when submitting a payment so I don't have to wait a while thinking there is some server issue.

Interesting, with all the failed payment help threads I see, it's odd that you weren't shown an error message like everyone else.

I'm not sure why, but to give more info, the debit numbers and the expiry were correct. It was just the 3 numbers on the back that were incorrect.
