Image rendered in the input, but attachment was deleted.

Deleting an attachment before posting the comment should remove the image. The image IS the attachment.

Image not rendered (deleted from the input with backspace), but attachment still present - can lead to sensitive leaks by way of overlooking that the image is still uploaded and published as an attachment.

I thought I deleted the image before posting this comment.

This is especially problematic when you upload multiple images and then delete some of them. You are then prone to overlook that the deleted images are still present in the list of attachments. Because you EXPECT there to be attachments, you don't inspect the list of attachments too closely to double-check if deleted images are indeed deleted.

How do I remove attachments while editing my comment? What if I leaked something sensitive by mistake and need to remove it from public eye ASAP?

When I edit a comment to remove an attachment, the attachment disappears from the list of attachments. However, after applying the edit the attachment is still present!
