As Railway is growing and expanding, we have more critical application that are running on Railway.

To avoid any interruption of service because of an empty credit card budget or any credit card expiration over the months, could you implement a credit "wallet" feature or just simply a 6 months/12 months billing please ?

It's critical for serious use (and Railway is serious service isn't it ?)
