Currently, turning on the "Enable Bot PR Environments" toggle lets every supported bot spin up PR environments.

Request: Let us allowlist which bots can trigger PR environments, instead of a single global switch. For example, I want Claude Code PRs to get a PR environment, but not Dependabot PRs.

As coding workflows get more agentic, this would help cut down on unnecessary cost and clutter from bots like Dependabot, while still letting agentic tools like Claude Code / Codex plug smoothly into the preview workflow.
