I don't think this should be implemented, it might drive people to the wrong path...any db changes should be done using a migration script

I guess your right but every database has it and me coming from supabase do gets on my nerves when I can't delete a column, row or a table.
Railway could add a modal what tells me that I need to repeat a text, like for example if you delete a service and want to deploy the changes.

I suggest to give a try to tableplus, it is a client app for databases and it let you do whatever you need
