Would really appreciate this. I had some open source applications and community projects under heroku but now I can't host them anywhere. None of the platforms support an open source free tier. Everyone has moved on to big tech companies and making money. It's a very sad space to be in, in today's world.

Also I had a horrible experience applying for open source credits on heroku. They took 3 months to respond and still no one answers the tickets. I am not sure what you are considering to support open source projects, non-profits or community led initiatives BUT please consider getting some feedback from real people before you put together a plan OR make a business decision.

Please also consider a plan for individuals too. We have no where to go!
