I'd like to ask if I upload more than 5 application like all of them =15 will be I charged $20?
My second question is if I upgrade subscription to $20
if I didn't used space=$20 per month will be I charged for it or I'll be charged for space I consumed not for the times used for.

The Hobby plan costs a minimum of $5 per month for the subscription and then you are only charged for any resource usage above $5, there are no base costs for having x amount of services or projects.
The Pro plan has the base cost of $20 per user and any resource usage is extra.
