I'm writing to share some serious frustration about today's degraded performance incident with build and deployment queues.

We're on the Pro plan, and we had a major migration scheduled for this morning. The elevated build queue and deployment delays significantly disrupted that work — what should have been a smooth, well-planned migration turned into a stressful, drawn-out process because builds and deploys kept stalling.

I understand incidents happen, and I appreciate the regular status updates. But part of why we pay for the Pro plan is the expectation that builds keep processing reliably, especially during critical operations. Today that expectation wasn't met.

I want to be direct: if this kind of disruption happens again during a critical window, we'll seriously evaluate moving our infrastructure elsewhere. I'd much rather not — but reliability during planned migrations is non-negotiable for us.

I'd appreciate hearing what's being done to prevent a recurrence, and whether Pro-plan workloads can be better insulated from this kind of queue backlog in the future.
