Two production deployments in our project feigin-mission-control-api remain stuck in QUEUED without build or deployment logs.

The source repository, branch, pinned commit, RAILPACK builder and watch patterns have been verified. Both deployments remain queued, with no build logs or reported failure stage.

Could you investigate the deployment scheduler, queue processing and any project-level restrictions preventing these builds from starting?

Please advise how to resume the existing deployments without creating additional deployments or reusing an older build.
