Project not visible in dashboard despite active subscription

Hello Railway Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue where my project dashboard appears empty even though I have an active paid subscription and am being charged.

My deployed service (n8n) has stopped working, and when I access my domain, I see the following error message: "The train has not arrived at the station."

Here is the specific Request ID from the error page:

  • Request ID:1hMSwWflQ1aUy6lMV7rehQ

I have already checked other workspaces and tried logging in with different methods (Google/GitHub), but I still cannot find my project.

Could you please help me identify which account or workspace this Request ID belongs to? I need to regain access to my n8n service as soon as possible to resume my automations.
