Provide the CLI as a standalone executable

Currently you offer the CLI via brew and npm
I have a Windows machine so brew is not an option.
Asking me to install npm just to get access to the CLI is cumbersome
This will be especially true for people who just want to deploy pure backends (i.e. Java/Go devs)

Great suggestion! We currently host all the binaries on GitHub releases, but don't link to it anywhere so we'll try to make it more apparent. https://github.com/railwayapp/cli/releases
