The command is used to list and create/update/delete. The default is to create which is very weird and aggressive beahviour. The default should be listing. Any other action should be explicit.

The risk with creation as a default behaviour is that running the command will create a public domain accessible from whole internet. Our agents has ran this and accidentally exposed our apps to the internet without noticing.
