I have a similar question around DNS - since it doesn't look like any DNS control is available, what if we want to run email on the domain (e.g. set up Google as the MX records)?

Or, other simple DNS features like adding a DNS text record (often used by third parties for ownership validation etc).

i suggest using cloudflare since you can easily setup dns records with railway

I jumped the gun too quickly, registered a domain via Railway. What's the solution to get email going? Can't wait 60 days to transfer the domain out just to get Google Workspace and email.

use resend to send emails and add the mx records they show you in the DNS setting page create a emailing platform if you need to send mails via resend
