We're building a native iOS app for Railway. The initial version will include push notifications, a read-only canvas view of your projects, and a dedicated chat page where you can just ask about your project/services.
Is there anything else that you would like to see? Let us know!

This is now available in Priority Boarding! If you'd like early access, you can enable it from your project settings. Would love to hear your feedback.

Where exactly do I enable the mobile app?
Some early feedbacks:
- Would be nicer to use native bottom tabs rather than fake iOS liquid glass effect. Very easy to do with react-navigation/expo-router or callstack/react-native-bottom-tabs. I am on iOS 18, I should have the old native bottom tabs.
- Home and projects should be tabs, meaning no back button on the project tab to navigate back to the home screen
- Same for headers (buttons/title) they are static with each screen but native headers are transitioning when navigating between screens.
- There is a web-like feeling to the UI. Some interfaces elements could be optimised for mobile touch/guidelines: notifications/team buttons are very small, hitSlop non-existent. Railway logo at the top left is not very mobile app-like. The home screen shooting star is fun to play with but doesn’t bring a lot of value, at least at the moment, compared to the project tab.
- The canvas is nice and smooth
- Pressing the expand button on the charts that force horizontal orientation is not great. Would prefer it to stay vertical, the way my phone is oriented.

Thanks for all the feedback. I feel the same way about the non-native feel with the navigation. We were already in the process of upgrading before your feedback :D

Just one quick question, if you are building the app with expo/react-native can you please also release it for android as well?

The initial release will be iOS only. But we want to have an Android app eventually after we have fully launched iOS.
