Hi,
I think it would be good to rename the current $20 Pro plan to Basic or Start
and create a new $100 or $200 Pro plan with faster support better resources and better uptime. Imho the gap between the current Pro and Enterprise is to big, we would be happy to pay more for faster support and a more Pro plan.

Please give us more options. My business is growing, but you do not offer tiers that allow me to grow at my pace. I would be happy to pay $100/mo for 48 GB of RAM, but there is no option available. In a few months, I may need more RAM and will be happy to pay $200/mo. You may force me to leave. Why leave easy money on the table?
