Idea
Many Railway users leverage Slack as their comms and workflow platform, having a fully-build Slack app would allow these users to monitor and action on their deploys from within the context of conversations happening inside Slack.
This also allows Slack to be a mobile interface for Railway in the context of dev ops workflows and incident triage.

This is such an awesome idea! I don't use slack, but it's still a great idea, especially with the public Railway API. Might be a fun open source project too

I think online live support should be provided. No one needs to bother with Slack or anything like that. I am currently having problems and my site has been down for days due to a database error. We cannot get an answer from the support team!
