I’d like to formally raise a serious concern about the recurring platform instability we have been experiencing on Railway.
This has become a frequent issue. Almost every day, I receive notifications about services going down, which is extremely worrying for a production environment. Today alone, the South America region experienced an outage that lasted nearly 20 minutes, which is completely unacceptable for a platform that we rely on to run customer-facing services.
These repeated incidents are not only causing operational disruption on our side, but they are also directly affecting our reputation with our own customers. When our services become unavailable, our clients do not see Railway failing, they see our company failing.
This damages trust, creates frustration, increases support load, and can ultimately lead to churn and lost revenue.
Infrastructure reliability is critical for us, and the current level of instability is making it difficult to continue operating with confidence on the platform.
