Redis High Availability

Railway's Redis has been single-node — if it goes down, your database is down until it recovers. No replication, no automatic failover.

We're adding single-click high availability for Redis. Convert your standalone Redis to a 3-node HA setup with automatic failover, and revert back if you need to. Your application keeps the same connection string — writes automatically follow the current primary, so failover requires zero client changes. You'll get the same cluster overview, health monitoring, and backup support you'd expect from our Postgres HA setup, plus the ability to scale replicas from the cluster panel.

If you're running Redis on Railway today, we'd love to hear about your availability needs — drop a comment!
