1. can you please tell me more about Custom plan that goes beyond Pro plan, just to have some sence of the offer

2. we operate in east Europe so one region for this part of the world would be great

Also, please tell me how can i get some help and advice about questions i have for deployment of multiple Django web apps that i do for clients? I tried to post on Discord but i got no answer and having support is really important to me.
