I will post the same thing as I said last time.

A Brazil region opens up legal risks that Railway at this time isn’t prepared to handle. We comply with laws and regulations around the world but having a physical presence region wise in Brazil opens up more risks.

Im biased, I think Brazilian devs the are best in the world. However, from prior guidance from our legal team, they suggest to wait. If/when we do get a Brazil region- it would likely be a partnership with an existing presence or via another cloud and not managed Railway metal.
