Region request: Turkey (Istanbul) for data residency

Many companies in Turkey can't host personal data outside the country, or need extra legal steps to do so, because of Turkey's data protection law (KVKK). For these projects, a provider without a region in Turkey is ruled out, even when everything else fits.
AWS opened an Istanbul Local Zone in May 2026, so the infrastructure exists locally.
It would help to have, in an Istanbul region:
- Services and Postgres running in Turkey
- Static Outbound IPs (many Turkish carriers and marketplaces allowlist IPs)
- Buckets
The Turkish tech ecosystem is growing fast, and Railway's developer experience would be a great fit for it. Even a small region would make Railway an option for many teams here.
Upvote if you need this too.
