Hello Railway team,

I would like to suggest adding more payment methods for Railway subscriptions, especially local payment options such as Mercado Pago.

I am a developer from Argentina and I use Railway to deploy and run my application. I really like the platform and I want to continue using it.

However, requiring a credit card can be a significant barrier for developers in Latin America and other regions. Many people have money available and are willing to pay for Railway, but they may not have an international credit card or a card that works with the current payment processor.

For example, in Argentina, Mercado Pago is one of the most widely used digital payment platforms. Many people use it every day for online payments, transfers, and purchases.

Adding Mercado Pago, bank transfers, or other local payment methods could make Railway much more accessible to developers who currently cannot subscribe simply because they do not have a suitable credit card.

I personally experienced this problem. I wanted to continue using Railway and pay for my subscription, but I had difficulty completing the payment because of the card requirement. I was eventually able to resolve it, but the experience made me realize that other developers may simply give up and move to another hosting provider.

I believe offering additional payment options would not only help users — it could also help Railway gain more paying customers in regions where local payment methods are much more common than international credit cards.

I would really appreciate it if the Railway team could consider supporting Mercado Pago and other regional payment methods in the future.
