Hey, amazing product!
it would be super cool to be able to use multiple volumes and be able mount them to separate paths

We do plan to do this, but it would be several quarters away unfortunately.

Any workarounds? I'm having trouble running eventstore on Railway because of this limitation (see the docker-compose here)
