Restart on a cron

Every time a cron is hit, redeploy the project.
My project has a memory leak and needs to restart every 6 hours and this could automate it.

Yes this will be helpful for my Discord bot as it cache ram.

Closing because we won't be able to get to it in a while, but we are working on adding a CRON and an API. Once these are released, you'll be able to create this functionality.
